Is shipping free?
Yes. Every order ships free to US addresses, with no minimum. We currently ship to the United States only.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are handed to the carrier within 1-2 business days and usually arrive in 5-15 business days in total. See our Shipping policy.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also paste the number on our Track your order page. Tracking can take 1-3 business days to update.
Can I return an item?
If an item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos and we'll send a replacement or a refund. We don't accept change-of-mind returns. Details in our Refund policy.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, before it's processed (usually within a few hours of purchase). Email support@pawsvia.com right away with your order number.
How do I pick the right size?
Each product page lists its measurements. Measure your pet first and compare. Not sure? Contact us before ordering.
Do you sell pet food or medicine?
No. We focus on toys, beds, grooming, walking, feeding and cleaning products for dogs and cats.
Do you have a physical store?
No. Pawsvia is an online-only store, so there's no shop to visit.
